In order to receive an Official Transcript we need to have the request in writing with an original signature. Please include your date of birth, the address where you would like it mailed, the years that you attended Stone Academy, and the campus location. If you request an Official Transcript sent to you, it will come in a sealed, signed envelope. The Transcript will not be valid if the seal is broken. There is $5.00 fee for each official copy you need mailed. Print and fill out the transcript request form here. Please mail the request to:
